Job descriptionPrimary Responsibilities Liaising between clients and accounting team members to ensure deadlines are met Assisting in client administration and processes Preparing and reviewing forms, correspondence and other documents for clients as needed to support the accounting team Australian Taxation Office telephone calls, obtaining information from the ATO portal, correspondence and lodgements Maintaining databases Client telephone calls and correspondence General administration duties for the accounting team The successful applicant will have the following attributes Ability to provide personable and quality service Excellent attention to detail Work well autonomously and as part of a team Excellent time management skills Ability to multi task, prioritise and problem solve Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Willingness to learn, be proactive and have a 'can-do' attitude Experience within a professional services firm is highly desirable Experience working with an offshore team desirable but not essential What do we offer?
