RoleThey are now looking for an experienced team leader for their boning room operation for their meat processing plant location in Victoria. Reporting to the Boning Room Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that beef is boned, sliced, and packed to company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesExperience in a leading hand, boning room foreman or supervisor position is highly desirable however not essential,Ability to implement production schedules and analyse production dataTrain and guide staff on correct techniques, quality, and regulatory standardsEnsure that staff are following safe work practices and health and safety policies and guidelinesRequirementsSeasoned boning room employee who has been a leading hand or boning room foreman or supervisorPrior experience in beef processingKnowledge of the Aus-Meat Standards and HACCP proceduresHands on" management style with a positive attitude and excellent verbal communication skillsYou enjoy working as part of a team, are collaborative and share ideas.You thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction is a priorityRemuneration and LocationThere is a highly attractive remuneration package on offer for this crucial role within the business.
