Mobilisation Officer

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day logistics and mobilisation requirements for our mining clients in our Pilbara East division.

• Give a high level of service to clients and project teams
• Organise flights and accommodation
• Mobilisation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites
• Client liaison and engagement
• Book inductions and training
• Manage training records
• Generate POs via JDE
• ABOUT YOU
• Previous experience in a similar role within the mining sector
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Ability to engage and foster working relationships
• Experience using training, mobilisation or planning software's such as ERMS, SuccessFactors, Workflow.
• Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Word and Excel
