Our high-profile clients are seeking experienced Desktop Support Officers for initial 4- 6-month contracts. The primary function will be to assist with roll

• outs and enable the IT Site Support team to provide technical and professional assistance to customers on site.
• Skills / Knowledge sought;
• Experience in providing IT desktop support.
• Relevant technical knowledge of IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range of IT infrastructure environments.
• Relevant technical knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.
• Experience using Microsoft SCCM to build and deploy Windows based devices
• Extensive prior experience in a Microsoft network environment, including Windows 10 and

Microsoft 365 laptop build and deployment

• Experience working as part of a dynamic team plus self-motivated, and customer focused
