If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia (AU-WA), Australia (AU).Role Responsibilities : Be a contributing member of the EUC Team providing support to End Users in a ClientEnvironmentWork is guided by operational and project objectives and measured on SLAs, CSFs & KPIs aligned to the sameWork on Day to Day Incident Resolution & Request Fulfilment aligned to ITIL FrameworkInvolved with IMAC ( Install, Move, Add, Change ) for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Printersand other IT Equipment and Peripherals as needed, between desks, floors or buildings asrequiredLearn new and emerging technologies as needed, guided by business requiremenRequirements and Preferences : 2-3 years' experience in End User Computing, IT Support, Asset Management neededStrong troubleshooting skills in Windows, MS Office, COTS & End User Hardware SupportGood understanding of ITL Framework is a mustExperience in using ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy etcAbility to physically perform general office requirementsMust be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonableaccommodationsWillingness to work on rotational shifts 24x7Travel including overnight domestic may be requiredAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
