An opportunity now exists for a talented Desktop Support Analyst to join our national Technology team, based in our Perth office.
The Desktop Support Analyst will help meet the firm's goals and objectives through the efficient delivery of hands-on technical support and assistance.
Key responsibilitiesAs part of a national team, the Desktop Support Analyst will :
Resolve and provide proactive support and attention to logged ticket requestsConduct installation, configuration of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment and softwareManage staff movements and allocation of equipment as well as the purchasing, allocation and recording mobile phone and technology loan fleetProvide support on calls allocated from National Help desk and participate in technology projectsIdentify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementationRequired skills and experienceDemonstrated desktop support experience ideally gained within a professional services environmentStrong customer service focus with a positive and proactive approach to client serviceAbility to work autonomously as well as within a teamExcellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholdersWell organised with ability to prioritise competing tasksDisplays resilience and positive attitude when faced with times of high pressureITIL Foundation certificateAt Corrs, we help you achieve your ambition - at every stage of your career.About usCorrs Chambers Westgarth is Australia's leading independent law firm.
