Finance Officer

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Officer to join our client’s finance team. The Finance Officer will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely reporting, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working across a range of financial functions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain financial records and ensure all documentation is properly filed and compliant
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors when required
• Monitor financial transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
