Who Are We?
We are looking for someone who loves people, who is enthusiastic about providing above and beyond customer service and who gets total kick out of making a positive impact on customers.
The Gig :
Monday - Friday. 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm.
- Plan and prioritise of Customer Service activities towards achieving agreed business aims, - especially managing personal time and productivity.
- To represent the interests of The Workwear Shed and provide the best possible service to the customers on a ongoing basis
- Ensure that appropriate pricing and terms are maintained for all accounts in line with Customer contract prices.
- Ensures the customers expectation are being delivered for the timely and quality delivery of all contracted services / products as described in the agreement between the customer and The Workwear Shed.
- Respond to customer enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
- To effectively and accurately represent The Workwear Shed to the customer / vendor in all coordination and service efforts.
- To co-operate with all members of The Workwear Shed to help achieve team objectives for the overall success of The Workwear Shed.
- Identifying sales leads and passing these onto other departments where you are not able to assist (or you are not the appropriate person to follow-up)
- To maintain the highest standards of professionalism through effective communication, teamwork, attention to detail (such as preparation and monthly reporting), high ethical standards, and a commitment to achieve good business results.
