- Scope of Role
We are looking to add to our growing Wholesale team with an Assistant role. This role will provide key sales support to our Tania Olsen wholesale team and Head of Wholesale. They will support with administration, data entry, sales processing, and account management. You will need to be organised, have excellent communication and data skills, attention to detail and be a quick learner.

- Duties Include
- Meet reporting requirements for the brand throughout and at the end of our sales periods
- Maintain and update key data within our order and customer management software; Indigo 8
- Professionally communicate with external stakeholders to provide data, collection details and important updates
- Complete post
- and during sell related tasks, including asset management and delivery, collection set up and Indigo 8 uploads
- Communicate order confirmations and invoicing details with external agencies
- Work with accounts and agents to monitor payment and / or requests
- Manage and Update Customer Purchase Orders, work with Supply Chain and our Production team to keep order details accurate
- Processing and packing orders for daily shipments.
- Support Wholesale Coordinator with tasks as required
- Additional administration tasks as required
- Salary and Requirements
- The salary for this role will be dependent on experience - $65-$75k p / a plus superannuation
- This is a Full time - 12-month contract that will be reviewed for permanency at end of contract
- Strong Excel skills are preferable, and strong acumen for system
- Experience with Pivot tables, V-Lookups and large excel files is valued but not essential
- Strong verbal and written skills, and attention to detail are essential
- Experience with Indigo 8 or Joor software (or similar to) is beneficial
- Salary
- 65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
