Friends with Dignity is a volunteer-based, not-for-profit registered, charity that provides practical programs to assist survivors of domestic violence. We work in collaboration with refuge and crisis centers, and other organizations, recognizing that our mutual goal is to reduce the instances of domestic violence in Australia.
Friends with Dignity is 100% self-funded and does not charge the Victims we assist or the Refugees / Supporting organizations who refer their clients to us. All our Programs are gifted unconditionally.
The key purpose of the WA State Program Manager role is to assist with the coordination and administration of activities associated with requests received from individuals or registered DV services or organizations. This is both a hands-on and administrative role working closely with the National Programs Manager, Directors, and Leadership Team.
Duties IncludeThis role will cover all requests received within your stateAssist and advise the National Program Manager on any concerns or challengesAssist with engaging other services and agencies that would benefit from our assistanceCoordinate any requests with a high level of service, professionalism, and attention to detailLiaise with services during the proposed time and coordinate any social media updatesCollate information for the tracking and coordination of each request and enter data into the CRMAbility to prioritize tasks and delegateApplicant requirementsPrevious experience and proven success in a similar role administrative role.Technologically savvy with strong IT literacyStrong written and verbal communication skills with effective rapport building skills with a varied audienceHigh attention to detail with a high level of accuracyMust have a can-do attitudeHighly organized and able to meet deadlines.We are looking for an enthusiastic
