We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Physiotherapist to come join a dynamic provider of holistic allied health services to the community, hospital, and residential aged care sectors. In this role, your responsibilities will include :

Chronic disease and injury managementManual handling and functional assessments Initial assessmentsClinical referralsFall prevention, risk management and educationEquipment prescriptionExercise Programs and Re-enablement servicesAttending Clinical meetings and case conferencesFacilitate clinical staff trainingBe part of an experienced multi-disciplinary team in a residential aged care settingPotential to build private caseload and community referrals Benefits :

Bachelor of PhysiotherapyAHPRA Registration (General Registration)Experience in aged care physiotherapy (desirable)Clinical skills to perform comprehensive Assessment, Treatment, Risk AssessmentsA National Police CertificateStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a teamCurrent driver's license and own carValid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtainCurrent Flu & COVID Vaccination evidenceFull working rights in AustraliaMedicare Provider Number or willingness to obtainAbout Us :
