Job descriptionResidential Manager to establish themselves within the 60-bed contemporary facility, to lead their professional and multidisciplinary team. Newport not-for-profit organisation is to maximise the health and well-being of its occupants whilst nurturing the individual's choices and values. What's in it for you? Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include Manage day to day operations of a 60-bed Aged Care facility Lead a team of care managers, ACFI coordinator and care staff Control of recruitment, rostering and training of staff Participate and lead company meetings and special projects / activities Focus on staff management and development to maintain a positive workplace Assist in budget planning - with a focus on occupancy and funding income Requirements / Skills Current AHPRA registration Full Australian Working Rights Minimum 2 years experience working as a Facility or Care Manager in Aged Care Registered Nursing qualification Interested in this position? 61 468 842 406 to hear more about the role.
