- The Role
- We are seeking a highly experienced and capable Residential Aged Care Manager to be responsible for the operational management of 56 independent living units and 33 residential aged care beds in Lesmurdie. They are looking for a dynamic leader, ideally experienced clinician and real people person to lead this home. Responsibilities will include;
- Developing policies and procedures to maximise person-centred care through engagement with residents and their families.
- Monitor and report on all factors impacting care services and advising the Executive Team of any strategic issues that need to be considered, together with recommended solutions.
- Develop, monitor, report and deliver on relevant financial targets as per budget and monthly reporting.
- Provide leadership to build and maintain a positive culture across the home, fostering staff engagement and staff satisfaction.
- About you
Along with your passionate and caring nature, you will bring a successful track record in :
- Ideally current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience managing a business operationally and financially within Aged Care and ideally ILU's
- Someone who leads by example in approaching complex issues in a changing landscape
- Experience leading positive employee and resident experience in an aged care home essential
