Position Title : Systems Accountant OneStream

Position Overview

We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Systems Accountant with strong experience in OneStream to join a leading mining services company. This role is responsible for maintaining optimising and streamlining the organisations enterprise performance management (EPM) system supporting efficient and accurate financial reporting consolidation and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the daytoday operations of the OneStream platform
• Design implement and maintain financial reports dashboards and workflows
• Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to improve forecasting budgeting and consolidation processes
• Drive process automation and system improvements to increase efficiency and data integrity
• Support finance teams during monthend and yearend close processes ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Work closely with IT and external vendors to manage upgrades resolve issues and ensure optimal performance of OneStream
• Provide user training documentation and ongoing support to internal stakeholders
