Aps4 Project Support Officers

On behalf of a Federal Government Agency based in Midland we are seeking a number of APS4 Project Support Officers for 12- month assignments. The Project Support Officers will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, $43.82 per hour plus super. This is a casual position, in the sense that there is casual loading present in the pay rate, in lieu of leaving loading, however you do work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week (excluding public holidays).

The Support Officers will play a key role in ensuring the business and staff are ready to transition in a new strategy that will aim to improve the client experience.

• Responsibilities include
• Providing project administrative support to staff and stakeholders.
• Assisting with data remediation and analysis on relevant project activities.
• Assisting and supporting regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.
• Building rapport and maintaining stakeholder relationships
• Managing, collating, interpreting, and analysing data to produce reports and dashboards that inform strategic and operational planning.
• To be considered you will demonstrate
• Previous experience in a similar role with strong administration experience
• Good understanding and experience using variety of systems / platforms
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
• Ability to work independently and in virtual team environment.
