Marketing Communications Specialist

Job descriptionThe Role Key Responsibilities Gather information and insights for internal and external communication purposes. Develop and implement internal communication strategies. Develop and produce engaging and targeted content for various marketing materials. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, standards, messaging, and overall marketing strategy. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Draft and distribute press releases and respond to media enquiries, as required. Assist in planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, and conferences. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies and platforms through various analytics tools. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed. About You Solid foundation in a communications role, with marketing experience desirable. Excellent editorial and / or production skills, including the ability to write, edit and produce communications for various mediums within tight timeframes. Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to quality delivery and strong organisational & prioritising skills Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-faceted, fast, and growing environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
