Due to continued growth across Australia, Georgiou is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our project-based civil engineering teams. As part of a growing team committed to excellence, you will be involved in challenging work across a wide range of engineering and civil infrastructure projects.

What you will do :

• Work closely with key stakeholders to develop effective relationships that facilitate the successful communication and implementation of Georgiou’s HSE systems.
• Ensure project teams are adequately trained to perform their HSE responsibilities and provide ongoing coaching to ensure compliance with internal HSE systems and legislative requirements.
• Support the business in preparing toolbox talks and HSE pre-start content.
• Implement and communicate improvements and strategies in response to changes impacting HSE activities.
• Maintain and assist in the ongoing development of Georgiou’s HSE systems.
• Influence a positive attitude and commitment towards safety across the business.
