Roster : 8 days on, 6 days off, 12-hour shifts, days only.

About the role Reporting to the Senior Advisor – Safety, Health and Emergency Response, you will support health and safety across open-cut and underground mining and ore processing operations. This role is key to promoting a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation, and driving continuous improvement.

You'll provide practical support, deliver training, and influence safe behaviours across the site. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach are essential.

Facilitate risk assessments, incident investigations (including ICAMs), and internal audits Build key relationships across departments and mentor supervisors and workers in the field Deliver effective safety training and support return-to-work processes Ensure accurate reporting and analysis of safety performance data About you You'll be part of a supportive and inclusive team where your contributions are recognised and rewarded with a proven career path. To succeed in this role, you'll bring a strong background in health and safety, along with practical experience in high-risk environments, ideally in an underground setting.

Diploma or higher in WHS, with at least 5 years' experience in mining. High-risk work licenses will be highly regarded Skilled in risk management, audits, ICAM investigations, and return-to-work coordination Proficient in Microsoft Office, INX, and developing WHS documentation and procedures At Evolution, as our name suggests, change and transformation is in our DNA.
