Purpose of this role

The purpose of this role is to assist customers in their query and convert incoming online, phone call and walk-in inquiries into sales. Follow up, accurate reporting and the ability to respond quickly are key attributes of this role.

A high level of customer care and service is required to ensure customers receive the warm, friendly Jimboomba way, with energy and optimism and a genuine interest in rapport building and meeting customer needs.

Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills when interacting with customers (both on the phone, in person & online) is essential.

The ability to understand the differing needs of customers and offer advice and information on the products and services we deliver is essential.

This role will also require outbound calling and prospecting to seek new customers and help promote brand awareness in our hero regions to help place turf sales through a methodical, dogmatic commitment to our sales process.

A proven track record in sales and a commitment to deliver high levels of customer care are essential, as is experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and workflows.
