THE ROLE
Reporting to the QLD State Manager, this role is responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers
This is an autonomous position and plays a key role in the long-term success of the business.
Expand business for revenue growth and improve our market positionProvide support for our clients, to maintain and improve the clients spendBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsBe the main point of contact for select key customer'sImplement and execute strong collaborative business plans with key customersEnsuring the scope of work is being performed according to the service level agreement requirementsNegotiating sales contracts and preparing customer quotations to maximise all sales opportunitiesLiaise with Area Managers for the site requirements and performanceREQUIREMENTS
Have proven experience managing key accountsHave proven sales experienceMining / quarry / conveyor industry experience highly regardedStrong business acumenMechanical aptitude, highly regardedExperienced in delivering client focused solutions to customers' needsExceptional customer relationship and negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills, including the capacity to relate and listen effectivelyHigh level of time management and organisational skillsPositive, proactive, professional attitudeHigh level of computer skillsCurrent driver's licence
