Their Canberra office, located in the heart of the city, is seeking a People & Development Adviser to join their national People & Development team.Your new roleReporting to the Chief People Officer and working closely with both local and interstate colleagues, you will be the key HR contact for the Canberra office of approximately 80 staff.
This is a dynamic and hands-on generalist role that offers variety and the opportunity to make a real impact.Your responsibilities will include : Partnering with the Recruitment Coordinator on end-to-end recruitment, including strategic sourcing and interviewingPreparing business cases to support recruitment decisionsLeading the annual graduate and early-career recruitment campaignsSupporting performance and remuneration review processesProviding commercially astute HR advice to managers and staffContributing to national HR initiatives and projectsWhat you'll need to succeedYou'll be a proactive and adaptable HR professional with a passion for people and a desire to grow your career in a supportive, high-performing environment.
