Job descriptionLogistics Manager to join our Sydney Operations team, based in Duties & Responsibilities The ability to think, adapt and provide solutions in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Ensure that all operational and administration tasks are completed accurately and on time and KPIs achieved. Provide consistent timely and effective communication to drivers and both internal and external customers. Possess a strong and committed attitude towards safety and compliance. Have the necessary experience to coordinate drivers and allocate assets to get the job done. Ensure company assets are maintained to a high standard. Service & Maintenance management of a 50 + fleet of trucks. Skills & experience Minimum 2 years experience on a similar role with responsibility for supervising staff. Must have experience in multi drop scheduling. Must hold a current Drivers Licence. Excellent Communication, succession planning and leadership skills. Proactive approach with high energy levels and track record of balancing conflicting priorities. Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
