Your New Role and Responsibilities

We seek an ITIL Change Manager to join our ongoing services Change team.

With the support of the Change and Transition Lead this position will

• Apply Defence Change Management policy and process to support the adoption of changes required by the Department
• Ensure that all the activities designed to implement change are as per the standards policies and procedures
• Conduct change impact analysis assess readiness and identify key stakeholders
• Authorise to implement or reject changes
• Coordinate and conduct the Change Advisory Board
• Design development and management of knowledge base articles and work instructions
• Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes by implementing continuous improvement activities
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor progress

What Youll Bring to Make An Impact

• Solid understanding of ITIL Processes and how Change Management integrates with the other ITIL Processes
• Demonstrated experience in effectively managing multiple concurrent activities while understanding and managing priorities dependencies and risk
• Demonstrated experience in direct communications with customers related to receipt clarification and reporting of status on requests
• Demonstrated experience in tracking collecting and reporting of metrics
• Experience working withFederal Government departments or agencies (desirable)
