We are an Education & Migration consultancy based in Perth CBD, we are currently seeking a motivated

• Student Enrolment Officer
• to join our team. The successful applicant must be reliable, well-presented, and have excellent communication & customer service skills.
• To be considered for this role you must
• Have good written communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Have effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Have the ability to work as part of a team, but able to work independently
• Have the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
• Have Pro-active approach to resolving queries and problems in an efficient manner
• Have sensitivity to confidential and private matters
• Have a Flexible can-do attitude
• Have sound knowledge of student visa regulation (including GTE & SOP requirements)
• Understand the needs of international students
• Possess excellent PC Skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
• Responding to Student Enquiries in a timely manner
• Process student admission / enrolment at relevant institutions & assist the student in preparation of the required documents
• Provide services to facilitate student settlement into Australia including but not limited to travel services, accommodation, banking services, etc.
• Participation in and / or contribution to marketing initiatives for international studies
• Always maintain a high level of sensitivity to all private and confidential matters.
• Prior education industry experience will be highly regarded.
• QEAC Certification (Preferred but not essential).
• Bilingual Preferred.
• Salary
• 49,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
