Job description1-2 days work from home a team of 15+ staff and some of the best people and processes / systems in the industry to work for! 1,500 lots, and 13 x high density OC's, this is a role for the high density expert strata manager. JOB DUTIES Manage your own portfolio of properties, residential and some mixed use / commercial properties, circa 1,500 lots in the inner suburbs, 13x OC's Deal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio / properties Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time in lieu for after hours meetings WHATS ON OFFER Starting salary $125,000 + Super, paid fortnightly (negotiable also) Car parking on site Tools of the trade, laptop etc provided 1-2 days work from home once you are settled in, very flexible office THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE Solid understanding of the strata industry and / or property and asset management experience, ideally with their own similar high density portfolio Great communication skills and admin skills Have completed relevant industry training and / or SCA modules Alexander Papadakis 0422 438 413 or at This role is exclusive to Oak Recruitment Pty Ltd for the first 30 days.
