About thisopportunity : We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our world-classculinary brigade on a Full-time basis, that can thrive in a positiveteam culture with an innovative mindset.
In conjunction with the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef, the Chef dePartie supervises and manages all aspects of the preparation of food catering,while keeping with our standards of food quality and ISO 22000 food safetycompliance.
You will :
Assist with overseeing team member management within the culinary team.Deliver functions, large scale events, and must be able to run and facilitate events.Assist with event schedules and ensure the smooth running and delivery of our world-class events.Ensure strict food safety standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are established and monitored to meet ICC Sydney Brand Standard guidelines and maintained at that level.Embrace our Feeding Your Performance philosophy with a focus on fresh, seasonal and local artisan produce.Assist the day-to-day operation of the event kitchens, food cost, portion control, labour cost, productivity and wastage.WhyICC Sydney?
