Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Paralegal to join a well-established boutique law firm located in West Perth. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to work closely with senior lawyers across property, commercial, and litigation matters.

The Opportunity

This position will see the successful candidate providing high-level paralegal support to the Director and legal team. While the majority of the work will focus on property and commercial transactions, there will also be occasional involvement in litigation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and lodging property transaction documents, including sales, purchases, and leases
• Supporting commercial matters including business acquisitions, leasing, and asset transfers
• Conducting legal research and assisting with the drafting of documents and correspondence
• Providing general paralegal and administrative support to the legal team
• Assisting with litigation matters as required, including file preparation and document collation
