Job descriptionYour new role Storeperson Conducting forklift operations Participating in, and chairing warehouse meetings, JHA etc as required Assisting with warehouse administrative tasks where required Receiving stock Ensuring accurate data entry of the warehouse inventory, including reporting to clients Data entry and basic computer orientated duties Carrying out deliveries and pickups Loading and unloading trucks, containers and couriers Carrying out forklift and vehicle maintenance checks Housekeeping Using hand and power tools Packing, strapping (plastic and steel) and shrink wrapping of goods What you'll need to succeed Experience in a similar role Previous experience working for a shipping / freight forwarding company Storeperson experience Positive and professional attitude Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite High attention to detail and strong planning and organising skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment High awareness of QHSE requirements Current unrestricted drivers licence Current high risk forklift licence What you need to do now
