Based Bibra Lake - Hybrid role with travel as required  - Monday to Friday

What you'll be responsible for

Assist with the review, development and adjustment of course content to meet operational and compliance requirements

Assist site based trainers and VOC verifiers with resolving competency deficiencies in operators

Ensure business compliance with the approved assessment model and report on effectiveness

Review and audit sites to verify all equipment is being captured by the competency training and assessment methodology

What you'll need to be successful

Certificate IV Training and Assessment (required)

Certificate IV Driver Trainer (desirable)

HC Licence

Substantial experience operating relevant equipment

Demonstrable experience in a similar role in waste, transport, logistics or resources

Demonstrated knowledge of equipment operations

Computer literate (comfortable with IPad)

Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance and medical check relevant to the role.
