Now, we're looking for a Business Development Manager who's ready to take our customer partnerships to the next level.

The Opportunity

This is more than just a sales role. As a BDM, you'll be the face of Bullivants in your territory, identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored Lifting & Rigging solutions that make a real difference to our customers. You'll work closely with a high performing sales team and have the autonomy to shape your week and your success.

What You'll Be Doing

Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities within your marketBuild and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clientsDevelop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed targetsCollaborate on local marketing and technical campaignsWork hands on with customers to deliver specialised lifting and rigging solutions

What You Bring

Demonstrated success in business development or sales roles with a focus on solution sellingKnowledge of the lifting and rigging industry is highly desirableA proactive, ambitious mindset with a passion for growthThrives in fast paced, dynamic environments where agility and responsiveness are keyStrong communication skills and the ability to build trust quicklyA solution oriented approach to customer challengesA full, unrestricted Australian driver's licence
