Job Description Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify and secure potential new business opportunities within the automotive manufacturing industry, targeting OEM's, fleets, dealers, and workshops Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure continued business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met. Collaborate with interstate teams Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to promote the company's products and services. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. The Successful Applicant A successful Business Development Manager should have :

Prior experience in a similar sales or business development role within the automotive / manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of the manufacturing market and its key players. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities. Strong strategic planning and organisational skills.
