National Business Manager @ bobby & BILLY | Co-Founder @ Chuu | Managing Director Figure 8 VenturesPosition Purpose : The Business Development Manager will drive bobby's growth in New South Wales by developing strong relationships with distributors, venues, retailers, and partners. This role focuses on expanding bobby's footprint, building brand visibility, and increasing sales in line with the company's mission to be Australia's leading better-for-you soft drink brand. The role will focus on the cafe and foodservice sector with an average of 50 store visits per week.

Responsibilities : Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, venues retailers, and partners to promote bobby's product range.Present and pitch bobby's offerings, creating enthusiasm and brand awareness within the café, hospitality, and retail channels.Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to engage potential customers and strengthen brand loyalty.Monitor market trends and provide insights to support the development of strategies that align with bobby's growth goals.Organise and attend events, tradeshows, and promotions to expand bobby's reach and presence in New South Wales.Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication, networking, and relationship-building.Manage communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on promotional strategies and partnership opportunities.Provide regular updates and reports to the National Business Manager on sales performance, market feedback, and potential areas for growth.Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.Proven sales skills with a strong ability to connect and build relationships within the beverage and hospitality industry.Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation skills.Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.Ability to liaise with people at all levels, both internally and externally.Reliable and punctual, with the capability to deliver outcomes within set timeframes.A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality results.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Qualifications and Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or hospitality role, preferably within the beverage industry.Familiarity with the café, hospitality and retail market in Queensland.Strong networking skills with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Perks and Benefits : Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Fully maintained company vehicle and fuel card.Flexible work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding brand.Supportive, fun, and collaborative team culture.Seniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionBusiness Development and SalesIndustriesFood and Beverage ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at bobby by 2x
