Title : Business Development Manager - Independents (NSW)Description : An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Sales – Independents team, leading the growth of our Independent grocery channel across NSW (including Sydney Metro & Regional). This role is a great stepping stone into Account Management, offering the chance to expand your sales skills while working with our iconic global brands.
As a BDM, you will manage relationships and execute strategies with key Independent retailers, taking ownership of your territory to drive sales, visibility, and strategic initiatives.
Please note this is a 12-month Fixed-Term contract. Your Responsibilities include : Managing Tier 2 Independents, including negotiating promotional programs and growth opportunitiesManaging merchandisers and reportingHandling P&L for Tier 2 Indies groupsQualifications and Skills : Experience in strategic planning and execution in FMCGStrong negotiation and promotional skillsProficiency in P&L managementExcellent planning, organizational, and communication skillsSelf-motivated with a clean NSW driver's licenseAbout Kellanova : Mars will acquire Kellanova by mid-2025, creating a future in snacking.
