About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to lead the restaurant and its team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include :

Ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction

Leading and mentoring an experienced service team

Overseeing a bustling restaurant serving 100-300 covers per night

Contributing to the evolution of culinary offerings and creative F&B projects

About You

The successful candidate will have :

A passion for food culture and guest experience

Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Strong organisational and cost-management skills

Proven experience managing restaurant operations and teams
