• Lead the Way : Drive engagement and results with your team of 20–50 legends.
• Own the Ops : Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
• Grow Your Crew : Help your team thrive with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Keep the Numbers in Check : Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly.
