About the Role
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Audit Partners by delivering high-quality administrative assistance. This position requires a proactive and highly organised individual who can manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Your contribution will be essential in enabling our Partners to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and professionally. You’ll also collaborate with other teams across the firm to maintain smooth workflows and uphold our commitment to excellence in client service.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage Partner’s calendar, mailbox, meetings, and travel (domestic / international).
Prepare meeting materials and handle administrative tasks (expenses, timesheets, reporting).
Coordinate client onboarding, including research, proposals, conflict checks, and CRM updates.
Support financial processes : billing, debtor management, and account payments.
Maintain CRM accuracy and generate reports; assist with tenders and business development.
Organize team initiatives, training, and internal functions; collaborate across Shared Services.
Screen calls and manage inquiries professionally.
About you - Skills, Attributes and Experience :
Experience as an PA in a corporate environment
Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Adaptable, proactive, and client-focused with high discretion.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Collaborative team player with flexibility to handle dynamic workloads.
