With excellent communication and writing skills in drafting agreements, employee communications and report / business case writing, you are confident across the Microsoft suite of products, including Excel and pride yourself on your attention to detail.
You will be a strong communicator working at an experienced IR / ER Advisor level or have had exposure to or supported case / issue management with the ability to build strong and effective relationships at all levels. With demonstrated experience in the IR and ER environment, you will have a relevant qualification and a robust understanding of the Australian industrial and employment landscape including the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and Awards and a passion for providing quality, best practice support.
Ideally you will hold tertiary qualifications in Industrial Relations, Law (or a related field).
