Job DescriptionWe are looking for an
Assistant Food & Beverage Managerto work closely with our F&B Manager, focusing on conference & events and Fenians pub. The role is largely operational and will also offer support to room service and our restaurants Sen5es when needed so a broad knowledge of F&B is essential.As our next Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager toProvide a creative and insightful approach to service and deliver memorable experiences to guestsEngage, motivate and develop our close-knit team and contribute to a positive workplace cultureContribute to all operational requirements of the Food & Beverage department in the absence of the Food & Beverage ManagerProvide input into all administrative and planning elements for the department such as, rostering, reporting, stocktakes, orders, packages, promotions and trainingOversee our busy and successful conference and event functions alongside our banqueting supervisor, and our busy Irish pub.This role pays inline with the HIGA managerial level of the Award.
