About the role We're looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to take the reins of our Mackay Campus and drive enrolment growth. You'll be the local face of Axiom — developing partnerships, converting leads, and ensuring smooth campus operations — all while enjoying uncapped commissions for your results.

Business Development & Sales Proactively grow enrolments and revenue for the Mackay campusBuild strong relationships with local schools, employers, job providers, and community groupsSeek out new opportunities in Government-funded training and workforce developmentDrive brand presence and word-of-mouth growth across the regionAct as the go-to contact for local clients and studentsManage end-to-end campus coordination : enrolments, marketing, and schedulingEnsure compliance and quality standards are upheldWhat's in It for You Uncapped commissions & bonuses— the more you close, the more you earn

What We're Looking For Proven experience inbusiness development or sales, ideally in the education or RTO sector

Confident communicator and negotiator with exceptional interpersonal skills

Organised, self-driven, and able to thrive with minimal supervision

Knowledge of Government-funded programs is a plus, but not essential
