We're currently seeking a qualified Welder / Boilermaker to join a well-established steel fabrication business with decades of experience servicing the industrial and commercial sectors. This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for someone who values a great team culture, consistent hours, and quality workmanship.

You'll be joining a reputable business known for its reliability and high standards across steel fabrication and manufacturing. With a long-standing team and low turnover, they've built a strong reputation through their craftsmanship and commitment to quality.

What are the benefits?

Permanent full-time role with stability$39.50 / hr + super38-hour work week (Mon–Thurs : 6 : 30am–3 : 00pm, Fri : 6 : 30am–12 : 00pm)Supportive team with a strong safety and quality focusImmediate start availableWhat will you be doing?

Carrying out structural steel welding and fabricationInterpreting technical drawings and welding to specificationMaintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environmentCollaborating with the wider workshop team to meet production deadlinesWhat do you need?

Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or WeldeStrong MIG welding experience (structural steel preferred)Driver's LicenseAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamSelf-motivated with a high attention to detailSound understanding of workplace safety standardsBasic computer literacy and the ability to follow production processes
