About the Role

RUC Mining currently have an opportunity for trade qualified Heavy Diesel Fitters to join our Edna May team. 4 Hours drive from Perth to Westonia, the roster will be 14 shifts on and 7 shifts off or 14 shifts on 14 shifts off, Drive In Drive Out (DIDO)Transport, Accommodation and Messing supplied.

• Servicing and maintaining Underground mobile plant and equipment such as Jumbo’s, Boggers, Graders and Loaders
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting of mechanical faults
• Dismantle and assemble machine parts, and engines and replace worn-out parts
• Conduct routine inspections and schedule maintenance of plant equipment
• Perform routine lubrication of machine parts, tuning of the engine, and ensure the machines are working to site compliance
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance as per maintenance plan
• Updating maintenance log books in line with company policies and procedures
