As a Change Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects globally within the Liquidity RRAP transformation portfolio.
This role will report to the Senior Change Manager to deliver on the User Developed Applications (UDA) Governance and Skills Uplift initiative including process redesign / uplift, technology implementation and operating model review.
You're a natural collaborator, with proven ability to build relationships and support others. Needless to say, you have excellent communications skills, with an ability to make the complex simple for our stakeholders and end users.
Working closely with project teams in Group Treasury, and with stakeholders right across FMG and RMG, your role will include :
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in supporting businesses to deliver exceptional people outcomes. You will have a proven track record of exceptional influencing and the ability to present ideas and insights through storytelling. This combined with a delivery background, you will be adept at identifying and translating people impacts into meaningful change management interventions.
You are highly collaborative and a natural problem solver. You are proactive, organised and people-oriented, experienced in dealing with a range of stakeholders with an ability to engage staff around a clear vision amidst a wide range of initiatives underway.
