The role :
Our Facilities Management team is recognized as a leader in delivering top-tier facilities management to a national retail landlord with centers across Australia. The ideal candidate currently works in facilities as a coordinator or assistant and aspires to become an Operations Manager in northern Perth. Success depends on providing exceptional client service, fostering tenant relationships, managing reports, overseeing contracts, and achieving objectives.

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct weekly presentation inspections for all assets.Conduct monthly property inspections for all assets.Serve as the primary contact for technical and maintenance advice across retail centers.Procure services to meet technical, risk, and statutory requirements within budget.Manage essential services, including air conditioning, lifts, and fire safety.Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and tenant representatives.Ensure compliance, risk, and sustainability targets and KPIs are met on time.Ensure buildings operate optimally according to design.Monitor and manage energy and water consumption.Manage smaller-scale capital expenditure improvements independently.Prepare detailed monthly activity reports.Who we are looking for :

Currently working in facilities as a coordinator or assistant seeking the next career step.2+ years of experience in commercial, retail, or industrial facilities / property industries.Building trade background preferred but not essential.Proven success in a similar role or industry.Effective communication skills, with succinct written communication.Ability to analyze and resolve basic issues.Proactive with initiative.Proven contract and contractor management skills.Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
