We're looking for a WHS Business Partner to help us strengthen our proactive safety culture across a national organisation, supporting frontline staff who make a difference every day.
LOCATION Flexible Location in either North Perth or South Perth (N Perth preferred)Travel requirements for the role Regular visits to all WA areas - Perth North, Perth South, Bunbury and Peel.If based at Perth North, about 1 day / week at Perth South.Approximately weekly / fortnightly visits to Bunbury and Peel, as needs basis dependent on current risks and trends.Twice per year 3-4 days in Brisbane.About the Role As our WHS Business Partner, you'll work alongside operational teams to implement practical, proactive WHS strategies. You'll be the go-to person for safety advice, helping develop systems, tools, and training to embed a consistent and effective WHS approach. You'll also support incident investigations, risk management, and help grow the organisation's overall safety capability.
