Job descriptionResponsibilities Process and amend sessional staff and teaching data within Excel. Support the Faculty's Academic Groups and assist with the preparation of documents. Deliver high quality executive and administrative support to the Department Chairs, including correspondence, and booking and coordinating meetings when required. Offer practical support and be a reliable first point of contact to the team. Skills & Experience Demonstrated high level project or administrative support experience (preferably within Higher Education). High level organisational and time management skills. Resilient and flexible attitude with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment High level experience using MS Suite, particularly Excel, and ability to pick up new processes with ease Previous experience with executive support, arranging meetings, minutes and event support
Process teaching data and timesheets
- Immediate commencement
- World ranked University
- Flexible working arrangements - WFH 2 days and in the office 3 days
- Full-time hours, 9am to 5pm or 8 : 30am to 4 : 30pm
- Campus in Hawthorn (Glenferrie station)
- The Role
The role provides a wide range of professional services to support the academic teaching staff of a university. The role reviews large sets of data in Excel and assists with allocating workflow between the ongoing and sessional teaching staff. The incumbent would liaise with other departments in the school and is required to provide some executive support.
A current Working with Children's check is required for this position
