Job Purpose
As a Data & Analytics (D&A) Solution Specialist, you will play a key role in our Team acting as a bridge between sales and delivery combining your technical expertise, business acumen, and ability to engage and influence our customers to drive sales outcomes by leveraging leading edge tools provided by Microsoft, Snowflake and AWS.
Key responsibilities :
Actively work with our account team, uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell data & reporting solutions in our existing customer baseOwn and manage a strong pipeline of D&A opportunitiesDrive client engagement through compelling demos, strategic storytelling, and proof-of-concepts that link directly to customer needsEngage with vendors and partners to maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies and opportunities and to unlock funding to support our customers’ projectsWork with the Fusion5 marketing team to create content to support sales and marketing activities for the pillar.You will have :
5+ years’ experience in a solution consultant or hybrid technical / pre-sales roleStrong technical background with the capability to operate at a helicopter view level whilst understanding and influencing the detailProven track record of successful pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, workshops, and demonstrationsDemonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with customers, vendors, and partnersIn-depth knowledge and certifications of Microsoft technologies, including Fabric, Azure and Power BIDemonstrable practical experience & knowledge of Data Strategies. Data Governance, Content Lifecycle & Data Management and Security, Data Privacy & ComplianceExceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite executivesBusiness acumen to align technology solutions with customer goals and deliver measurable business valueAdvanced presentation & demonstration skillsOther data & AI related certifications such as Snowflake & AWS advantageousA relevant Tertiary qualification preferred.What’s on offer
