We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Gelato Technical Sales and Service Manager to support our ambitious growth in the gelato sector.

Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong, trust-based relationships with customers by aligning their needs with our premium gelato ingredients and equipment solutions.Provide advanced technical support and service for specialized gelato equipment (e.g., Valmar, Carpigiani, Labo, pasteurizers, homogenizers, batch freezers), including recipe development and gelato production optimization.Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, margins, and goals through complex B2B sales and distribution channels.Onboard customers, ensuring seamless integration of products and full understanding of our offerings.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value and drive revenue.Monitor customer usage, satisfaction metrics, and feedback to provide data-driven insights to internal teams.Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs within the organization.Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies Tertiary qualifications in engineering, food science, hospitality management, or a closely related field.Minimum 5 years' experience in a technical sales and service role within the food and beverage industry, specifically in gelato, bakery, or patisserie sectors.Proven expertise in managing complex sales and distribution channels, including working with onshore and offshore partners to deliver cohesive solutions.Advanced technical knowledge of gelato production equipment (e.g., Carpigiani, Valmar, or similar), with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and recipe balancing.Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in B2B and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) environments.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical and sales information clearly to diverse stakeholders.Strong analytical skills to assess sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and performance data to drive continuous improvement.Previous hands-on experience in gelato production, recipe development, or pastry / bakery operations is highly desirable.Personal Attributes A highly motivated, growth-oriented individual with a positive, "can-do" attitude and a strong work ethic.Exceptional customer service orientation, with a proven ability to engage and build trust with key stakeholders.Collaborative team player, open to giving and receiving constructive feedback, with a high level of self-awareness.Critical thinker with a passion for learning about premium artisan ingredients and equipment.Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive deliverables in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities.Data-driven decision-maker with a structured approach to problem-solving and solution development.Why Join Creative Ingredients? Salary Expectations $78,000 – $95,000 per year
