Maintenance Administrator - Heavy Lift

Monadelphous Heavy Lift provide a world-class heavy lift service, with an extensive range of the state-of-the-art heavy lift cranes and equipment. Due to exponential growth, we are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team located in Bibra Lake or Victoria Park on a permanent full-time basis.

• Key Responsibilities
• Providing effective administration services to the Heavy Lift Maintenance team.
• Works closely with the Maintenance team to understand service and maintenance priorities and ensure these are appropriately communicated to the team.
• Cross referencing time sheets to confirm accurate costing is submitted.
• Process maintenance request orders.
• Close out maintenance request orders.
• Process service documentation.
• Maintain service, repair, and compliance records for the Heavy Lift assets.
