What You Will Be Doing What You Need Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Business, Social Science or a related If a psychologist, hold and maintain full registration with AHPRA; If a social worker, Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Family Violence issues, trauma-informed care Minimum of 10 years' of experience in health, social and / or community services programs, Strong financial management skills Innovative strategic planning and leadership skills Advanced risk assessment and management skills as they relate to men who use Proven interpersonal skills and a strong ability to build relationships and partnerships to Highly developed verbal and written communication skills Initiative and accountability - take responsibility for own actions Ability to manage competing priorities and manage time effectively Hold a current 'Working with Children check' Hold a valid, current Victorian Driver's License. The Family Violence Program Manager provides strategic and operational leadership to a diverse, multi-disciplinary team. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the family violence teams and programs, meeting service and budgetary deliverables, and ensuring the provision of high-quality services.
We anticipate you will have :
