As Chef de Partie you will display leadership skills and a strong orientation towards customer service. You will have a passion for food and assist in the coordination of the Kitchen team.

Our talented Kitchen team operates a variety of kitchens throughout the resort, including the large main production kitchen, a busy conference & events space for large groups, and various restaurant kitchens, to create high quality dishes for our guests.

Duties

Lead and motivate the kitchen team on a day to day basis as well as mentor apprenticesOrganise and supervise sectionsDaily food preparation and productionMaintain health and safety standards of the kitchen and equipmentDemonstrate creativity and a passion for foodMaintain precise stock control and rotationMaintain high and consistent food standards at all times

Skills And Experience

Certificate IV in Commercial CookeryMinimum 2 years experience in all areas of a kitchen, including banquets and a la carteExperience working in a large resort environmentExposure to Theme Parks advantageousExcellent communication skills and must be flexible with great time management skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a teamAbility to work on any day including weekends, nights and public holidays
